Enterprise Server License definition

Enterprise Server License means a license to use Software subject to paragraph (ii) of clause 4(a) of this Agree- ment.
Enterprise Server License means a single server license of an Application Related Software or module as set forth in a Quotation/Order Form installed at a single specified Location for access and use by Customer remotely from multiple Locations owned or controlled by the Customer.

Examples of Enterprise Server License in a sentence

  • Licensee may renew its Enterprise Server License for another year free of charge by submitting a written request to Licensor thirty (30) days prior to the Enterprise Server License expiration.

  • Upon Upgrade Subscription renewal, Licensee shall destroy any Enterprise Server License key or Build Agent License key provided by Licensor during the previous Upgrade Subscription term and continue using Software with an Enterprise Server License key or a Build Agent License key provided by Licensor for the new Upgrade Subscription term.

  • The total number of Servers run by Licensee under Enterprise Server License shall not exceed the number of Servers specified in License Certificate(s); (iii) install and run more Build Agents than granted under paragraphs (i) and (ii) of this clause 4 (a) if Licensee has obtained the additional Build Agent Licenses or has been granted Enterprise Server License qualifying Licensee for the exceeding number of Build Agents.

  • The total number of the additional Build Agents run by Licensee shall not exceed the number of Build Agents specified in License Certificate(s); (iv) if Licensee has been granted Enterprise Server License for open source development, restrictions on using Build Agents set forth in paragraph (ii) of clause 4 (a) shall not apply; (v) create and use unlimited number of User accounts on Server, and; (vi) make backup copies of Software for archival purposes.

  • Each additional Build Agent License obtained by Licensee qualifies Licensee for using the additional ten (10) build configurations on a single Server; (ii) under Enterprise Server License, run one instance of Server without any limitations on the number of build configurations and connect three (3) Build Agents to a single Server at no additional costs.

Related to Enterprise Server License

  • End User License means any license terms imposed by any Third Party Vendor on Customers and End Users. “Force Majeure Event” means an event or occurrence:

  • Named User License means the Metric and Licensed Level applicable to each Named User.

  • Common Channel Signaling (CCS) means an out-of-band, packet-switched, signaling network used to transport supervision signals, control signals, and data messages. It is a special network, fully separate from the transmission path of the public switched network. Unless otherwise agreed by the Parties, the CCS protocol used by the Parties shall be SS7.

  • Server Software means software that provides services or functionality on a computer acting as a server.

  • End User License Agreement means a license grant or end user license agreement governing software as further described in this Agreement or any applicable Appendix.

  • Software License means a license for the Software granted under this XXXX to the Licensee;

It is a special network, fully separate from the transmission path of the public switched network. Unless otherwise agreed by the Parties, the CCS protocol used by the Parties shall be SS7.

  • Business Software means with respect to a Licensor, all Software to the extent Controlled by such Licensor or any of its Affiliates as of the Effective Date, which Software is reasonably required as of the Effective Date for the conduct of (i) the Agriculture Business if the Licensee is AgCo, including as listed on section (i) of Schedule Q, or (ii) the Materials Science Business if the Licensee is MatCo, including as listed on section (ii) of Schedule Q, in each case (in respect of the foregoing (i) and (ii)), only if and to the extent such Licensee and its Affiliates have not been granted a license or other rights to use such Software under the Separation Agreement or any other Ancillary Agreement. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Business Software expressly excludes any and all Excluded IP.

  • Assistive technology service means any service that directly assists a child with a disability in the selection, acquisition, or use of an assistive technology device. The term includes:

  • License Key means a unique key-code that enables Licensee to run Software subject to the obtained User Pack.

  • public telecommunications network means the telecommunications infrastructure authorised by a Party to be used to provide public telecommunications services between defined network termination points;

  • Mobile Services means the mobile telecommunications service which we provide you under Part D and as specified in your Application.

  • Directory Assistance Database shall have the meaning set forth in Section 10.5.2.2. "Directory Assistance Lists" shall have the meaning set forth in Section 10.6.1.1.

  • Co-licensed partner means a person who, with at least one other person, has the right to engage in

  • Software License Agreement means the Motorola Software License Agreement (Exhibit A).

  • Online Services means Microsoft-hosted services to which Customer subscribes under this Agreement. It does not include software and services provided under separate license terms.

  • Mobile telecommunications service means the same as that term is defined in the Mobile Telecommunications Sourcing Act, 4 U.S.C. Sec. 124.

  • Cable Television Network means system consisting of set of closed transmission paths and associated signal generation, control and distribution equipment, designed to provide Cable Service for reception by multiple subscribers.

  • Mobile Network means a 3G or 4G network or any other mobile communications network which we choose to provide Mobile services.

  • Assistive technology means the devices, aids, controls, supplies, or appliances described in OAR 411-300-0150 that are purchased to provide support for a child and replace the need for direct interventions to enable self-direction of care and maximize independence of the child.

  • Commercial Software means Software developed or regularly used that: (i) has been sold, leased, or licensed to the general public; (ii) has been offered for sale, lease, or license to the general public; (iii) has not been offered, sold, leased, or licensed to the public but will be available for commercial sale, lease, or license in time to satisfy the delivery requirements of this Contract; or (iv) satisfies a criterion expressed in (i), (ii), or (iii) above and would require only minor modifications to meet the requirements of this Contract.

  • Mobile Service means the mobile service we provide to you enabling you to use and receive a range of mobile services including, but not limited to, messaging services, age restricted services and premium services.

  • Sub-Licensee means all person/ agency with whom Licensee has executed sub license agreement as per terms and conditions of license agreement executed between DMRC and the Licensee, for commercial utilization of the Bare Spaces.

  • Software Product means any COTS which you propose to provide pursuant to the contract.

  • Commercial Mobile Radio Services (CMRS) means Commercial Mobile Radio Service, As Defined in the Act and FCC rules.
