Enterprise Solution definition

Enterprise Solution is a Vive software management and distribution platform for enterprises and includes the Software and related services made available by HTC in connection with this Agreement.
Enterprise Solution shall have the meaning set forth in Section 1 of the Agreement.
Enterprise Solution and “Solution Design Documents” are defined in the MSA. “Primary Releases” means the seven releases associated with the Enterprise Solution that are specified in section 1.0 of the Amended and Restated Attachment 13-A to the MSA, excluding all deferred development objects to which exclusions the Company has agreed in writing as of the date of this letter agreement or agrees in writing prior to May 30, 2017.

Related to Enterprise Solution

  • Enterprise zone means a neighborhood enterprise zone designated under the neighborhood enterprise zone act, 1992 PA 147, MCL 207.771 to 207.787.

  • Enterprise Agreement means an agreement certified under the Workplace Relations Act 1996 (Cth) or approved under the Industrial Relations Act 1996 (NSW).

  • Cable Television Network means system consisting of set of closed transmission paths and associated signal generation, control and distribution equipment, designed to provide Cable Service for reception by multiple subscribers.

  • Sexually oriented business means an adult arcade, adult bookstore or adult video store, adult cabaret, adult motel, adult motion picture theater, adult theater, escort agency, nude model studio, or sexual encounter center.

  • Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) means a small business concern pursuant to ORS 200.005(1), which is at least 51 percent owned by one or more socially and economically disadvantaged individuals, or, in the case of any corporation, at least 51 percent of the stock of which is owned by one or more socially and economically disadvantaged individuals and whose management and daily business operations are controlled by one or more of the socially and economically disadvantaged individuals who own it.

  • DTS means Days to Settlement, i.e., the number of actual days elapsed from and including the original Closing Day with respect to such Accepted Note (in the case of the first such payment with respect to such Accepted Note) or from and including the date of the next preceding payment (in the case of any subsequent delayed delivery fee payment with respect to such Accepted Note) to but excluding the date of such payment; and "PA" means Principal Amount, i.e., the principal amount of the Accepted Note for which such calculation is being made. In no case shall the Delayed Delivery Fee be less than zero.
