Entitlement Letter definition

Entitlement Letter means the letter to Eligible Unitholders stating their respective Rights Entitlements and the mode of application for Rights Units and Excess Rights Units.
Entitlement Letter means either a SEAG Entitlement Letter or a SFHG Entitlement Letter.
Entitlement Letter means the notice of entitlement which Money Mart will send to each Settlement Class Member who submits a Claim Form advising of the status of his/her claim, and will be substantially in the form of Schedule F;

  • Management Letter means formal communications from the auditor to the client management in accordance with the International Standard on Auditing 265 (communicating deficiencies in internal control to those charged with governance and management), which is not required to be provided separately as it is equivalent to the Audit Findings and Recommendations prepared by the Project auditor and submitted to ADB;

  • Engagement Letter means that certain Engagement Letter, dated as of June 18, 2015, by and among the Borrower and the Arrangers.
