Entitlement Purposes definition

Entitlement Purposes when used in relation to the acreage of Reserve land which has, prior to the Execution Date, been set apart by Canada for the Band to fulfill Treaty land entitlement obligations, means all Reserve land set apart for such purposes, but excludes land set apart for the purpose of replacing Reserve land that had been surrendered by the Band;
