Entry Quantity definition

Entry Quantity means in respect of the Carrickfergus Entry Point the aggregate quantity of Natural Gas notified to the Transporter pursuant to the NINOA as the quantity of Natural Gas to be allocated by the Transporter for the purpose of making Shipper Entry Allocations pursuant to Section 3.4 or where no such quantity is notified to the Transporter pursuant to the NINOA, the quantity determined by the Transporter pursuant to Section 9.2.2(a) and in respect of the South-North Entry Point the quantity determined by the Transporter pursuant to Section 9.2.2(b);
Entry Quantity means the sum of the Non-IP Entry Quantity and the IP Entry Quantity at an Entry Point;
Entry Quantity means the actual quantity of gas delivered to the transportation licensee by the shipping licensee at an Entry Point, expressed in GJ;

Examples of Entry Quantity in a sentence

  • For the Eligible Quantity (EQ) (which will have an Eligible Entry Quantity and an Eligible Exit Quantity), over a qualifying nominated route (an Entry point and an Exit point), as per the Licence, there will be a discount to Transmission Services Entry and Exit Capacity reserve prices.

  • The IP Entry Quantity and the IP Measured Quantity are determined as a result of the operation of an OBA at an IP in accordance with section 9.2.1. 3.1.3 The Exit Quantity at an Exit Point is determined with reference to Measurement Equipment in accordance with sections 9.4 and 9.5.

  • The Transporter shall allocate the Entry Quantity at each Entry Point, the Exit Quantity at each Exit Point and the VRF Exit Quantity at each Virtual Exit Point among the Shippers after the Gas Flow Day in accordance with this Section 3.

  • The quantity determined pursuant to Section 9.2.1.(a) may be utilised to establish the Entry Quantity which shall be allocated to Shippers as Initial Allocations which shall become Final Allocations in accordance with Section 3.

  • For the Eligible Quantity (EQ) of capacity (which will have an Eligible Entry Quantity and an Eligible Exit Quantity), over a qualifying nominated route (an Entry point and an Exit point), as per the Licence, there will be a discount to Transmission Services Entry and Exit Capacity reserve prices.

  • The Entry Quantity ,the Exit Quantity and the Virtual Exit Quantity at each Entry Point, at each Exit Point and at each Virtual Exit Point respectively shall be allocated to Shippers regardless of the reason for any over deliveries or under deliveries.

  • ALLOCATION 3.1 Introduction 3.1.1 Premier Transmission shall allocate the Entry Quantity and the Exit Quantity among the Shippers after the Gas Flow Day in accordance with this section 3.

  • The term "Zone Boundary Entry Quantity" for purposes of Rate Schedules FT-1 and LFT-1 shall be the Quantity of Gas which Customer may cause Pipeline to receive on a primary firm basis from another Zone, as specified in Exhibit C to Customer's Service Agreement.

  • Contract Quantity means the quantity of Gas to be delivered and taken as agreed to by the parties in a transaction.

  • Type A quantity means a quantity of radioactive material, the aggregate radioactivity of which does not exceed A1 for special form radioactive material or A2 for normal form radio- active material, where A1 and A2 are given in Appendix O or may be determined by procedures described in Appendix O.

  • Daily Quantity means the quantity of waste discharged during an operating day.

  • Type B quantity means a quantity of radioactive material greater than a Type A quantity.

  • Scheduled Quantity means the net quantity of Gas (being the difference between receipt and delivery nominations) agreed by MDL and the Welded Party to pass through (or, in the case of a Notional Welded Point, be deemed to have passed through) the relevant Welded Point for a Day.

  • Daily Contract Quantity or “DCQ” means the quantity of Gas as set out in Clause 4.1 herein.

  • Required Quantity in a unit price Contract shall mean the actual quantity of any item of Work or materials which is required to be performed or furnished in order to comply with the Contract.

  • Metered Quantity means apparent power, reactive power, active power, with associated time tagging and any other quantity that may be measured by a Party’s Metering Equipment and that is reasonably required by either Party for Security reasons or revenue requirements.

  • Delivery Point means the point(s) of connection(s) at which energy is delivered into the Grid System i.e. the Interconnection Point.

  • Entry Point means a location in the water system after treatment or chemical addition, if any, but prior to the distribution system. A sample collected in the distribution system may be con- sidered an entry point sample if the department has determined it is more representative of the water sources.

  • Quantity means either tonnage or volume, depending on which term is the standard in the mining industry for the type of mineral;

  • MMBtu means one million British thermal units.

  • Maximum Daily Quantity means the daily volume of Gas or Liquids, expressed in 103m3, identified in a Shipper's Interruptible Transportation Service Agreement that Transporter agrees to receive from Shipper under Toll Schedule Interruptible Full Path Service, Toll Schedule Interruptible Receipt Service or Toll Schedule Interruptible Delivery Service, as applicable.

  • Delivery Points means: (i) for natural gas transported by interstate pipelines, the city gate stations of your Utility, and (ii) for electricity, one or more points at which Company, as your agent, has arranged for the delivery of electricity to a third party (such as your Utility) for your account or at your premises.

  • tons means the gross tonnage calculated in accordance with the tonnage measurement regulations contained in Annex I of the International Convention on Tonnage Measurement of Ships, 1969; the word “tonnage” shall be construed accordingly.

  • Minimum Order Quantity means the minimum number of batches of a Product to be produced during the same cycle of manufacturing as set forth in a Product Agreement on Schedule B;

  • Small quantity generator means a generator who generates less than 1000 kg of hazardous waste in a calendar month.

  • Harvest batch means a specifically identified quantity of dried flower or trim, leaves, and other cannabis plant matter that is uniform in strain, harvested at the same time, and, if applicable, cultivated using the same pesticides and other agricultural chemicals, and harvested at the same time.

  • INTER-CONNECTION POINT/ DELIVERY/ METERING POINT means a single point at 220kV or above, where the power from the Project(s) is injected into the identified ISTS Substation (including the dedicated transmission line connecting the Projects with the substation system) as specified in the RfS document. Metering shall be done at this interconnection point where the power is injected into. For interconnection with grid and metering, the WPDs shall abide by the relevant CERC/ SERC Regulations, Grid Code and Central Electricity Authority (Installation and Operation of Meters) Regulations, 2006 as amended and revised from time to time.

  • Bill of Quantities means the priced and completed Bill of Quantities forming part of the tender.

  • Supply Point means the point of connection between the licensed network and your apparatus or equipment.

  • Receipt Point means the receipt/inception point(s) where Crude Oil is received into the Gathering System, as such points are specified in Section II of this tariff.
