Entry Settlement Limit definition

Entry Settlement Limit means the maximum aggregate amount of In-Process Entries permitted to be outstanding at any time, which amount shall be separately communicated to Member Client by Financial Institution in writing from time to time.
Entry Settlement Limit referred to as “ACH limit,” means the maximum daily aggregate amount of In-Process Entries permitted to be outstanding at any time, which amount shall be separately communicated to Customer by Bank in writing from time to time.

Examples of Entry Settlement Limit in a sentence

  • If Sub-Merchant wishes to initiate an Entry through Fattmerchant that would cause the amount of In-Process Entries to exceed the Entry Settlement Limit, Sub-Merchant may submit to Fattmerchant its request to initiate an Entry that otherwise would be an Overlimit Entry.

  • If Sub-Merchant wishes to initiate an Entry through WorkWave that would cause the dollar amount of In-Process Entries to exceed the Entry Settlement Limit, Sub-Merchant may submit to WorkWave its request to initiate such Entry nevertheless.

  • If Sub-Merchant wishes to initiate an Entry through SimplePay that would cause the amount of In-Process Entries to exceed the Entry Settlement Limit, Sub-Merchant may submit to SimplePay its request to initiate an Entry that otherwise would be an Overlimit Entry.

  • If Sub-Merchant wishes to initiate an Entry through American Payments Solutions LLC that would cause the amount of In-Process Entries to exceed the Entry Settlement Limit, Sub-Merchant may submit to American Payments Solutions LLC its request to initiate an Entry that otherwise would be an Overlimit Entry.


More Definitions of Entry Settlement Limit

Entry Settlement Limit means the maximum aggregate amount of In-Process Entries permitted to be outstanding at any time, which amount shall be separately communicated to Sub-Merchant by Fattmerchant in writing from time to time. “Forced Sale” means a Payment Card Processing Transaction processed without an approved electronic authorization number being obtained for the full amount of the sales Transaction at the time the Transaction is processed.

Related to Entry Settlement Limit

  • Gross Settlement Amount means $633,000.00 which is the total amount Defendant agrees to pay under the Settlement except as provided in Paragraph 9 below. The Gross Settlement Amount will be used to pay Individual Class Payments, Individual PAGA Payments, the LWDA PAGA Payment, Class Counsel Fees, Class Counsel Expenses, Class Representative Service Payment and the Administrator’s Expenses.

  • Net Settlement Amount means the Gross Settlement Amount, less the following payments in the amounts approved by the Court: Individual PAGA Payments, the LWDA PAGA Payment, Class Representative Service Payment, Class Counsel Fees Payment, Class Counsel Litigation Expenses Payment, and the Administration Expenses Payment. The remainder is to be paid to Participating Class Members as Individual Class Payments.
