Environmental Action Plan definition

Environmental Action Plan means the implementation or satisfaction of each legally binding condition specified in any material Environmental Permit.
Environmental Action Plan means an environmental action plan prepared by a Rural District Council for the area under its jurisdiction in terms of section 95 of the Environmental Management Act [Chapter 20:27];
Environmental Action Plan means the plan for health care waste management, and screening and carrying out of laboratory works set forth in the Operational Manual.

More Definitions of Environmental Action Plan

Environmental Action Plan or “EAP” means the Borrower’s environmental framework for the Project, dated May 6, 2005, that contains specific environmental rules and procedures for the Project, as said plan may be updated from time to time;
Environmental Action Plan and “EMP” means the Borrower’s environmental management plan dated March 9, 2005, describing the environmental, mitigation, monitoring and institutional measures to be undertaken under Parts A and B of the Project to ensure that all environmental concerns are adequately taken into account in the carrying out of the works and activities thereunder;
Environmental Action Plan means the Borrower’s plan dated August 2010, acceptable to the Bank, as published and available to the public on September 2010, for health care waste management, pest management procedures, and screening and carrying out of works set forth in the Operational Manual.
Environmental Action Plan means the Borrower’s plan dated September 25, 2009 which includes: (a) environmental provisions for the Phase 1 Construction of the Borrower’s national reference laboratory for epidemiological surveillance; and (b) capacity building activities to strengthen the handling of biomedical waste in the Borrower’s national reference laboratory, storages of medicines and vaccines and health facilities as well as during vaccination campaigns.
Environmental Action Plan or “EAP” means the Borrower’s plan dated April 2005, as may be modified from time to time with the prior concurrence of the Association, setting out measures appropriate or required to manage potential environmental risks and mitigate adverse impacts associated with any construction, rehabilitation and maintenance activities under the Project, together with adequate institutional, monitoring and reporting arrangements capable of ensuring proper implementation of, and regular feedback on compliance with, the EAP;
