Environmental Assessment Framework definition

Environmental Assessment Framework means the Environmental Assessment Framework dated May 21, 2007, adopted by Exim Bank, which sets forth policies and procedures for the preliminary screening of proposed Sub-projects, and for the preparation of environmental assessment and environment management plans therefor during the implementation of the Project, as said framework may be amended from time to time with the prior concurrence of the Bank.
Environmental Assessment Framework means the environmental assessment framework prepared by the Borrower for use in the Project dated October 28, 2010, which describes the environmental, mitigation, monitoring and institutional policy, procedures and measures to be undertaken under the Project, including in particular procedures and policies in respect of Category A Sub-Projects, to ensure that all environmental concerns are adequately taken into account in the carrying out of the Project.
Environmental Assessment Framework means MISFA’s environmental and social safeguard framework to be prepared pursuant to Section I.D. of the Schedule to the Project Agreement.

More Definitions of Environmental Assessment Framework

Environmental Assessment Framework means the Recipient’s framework, dated November 2005, agreed with the Association and setting out mitigation, enhancement, monitoring, and institutional measures, including capacity building through training, that have been identified by the Recipient to eliminate any adverse environmental impacts of Part 2 of the Project, offset them, or reduce them to acceptable levels, or enhance positive impacts, as the same may be modified from time to time with the prior written agreement of the Association, and such term includes any schedules or annexes to such framework.

  • Environmental Assessment means an assessment of the presence, storage or release of any hazardous or toxic substance, pollutant or contaminant with respect to the collateral securing a Shared-Loss Loan that has been fully or partially charged off.

  • Environmental Compliance Reserve means any reserve which the Agent establishes in its reasonable discretion after prior written notice to the Borrower from time to time for amounts that are reasonably likely to be expended by the Borrower in order for the Borrower and its operations and property (a) to comply with any notice from a Governmental Authority asserting material non-compliance with Environmental Laws, or (b) to correct any such material non-compliance identified in a report delivered to the Agent and the Lenders pursuant to Section 7.7.
