Environmental Consents definition

Environmental Consents means any permits, licences, consents, certificates, registrations, approvals or other authorisations required by or under any Environmental Laws for the operation of the Group’s business or the use of, or any activities or operations carried out at any of the Properties.
Environmental Consents has the meaning ascribed in Section 3.1(40)(a)(ii);
Environmental Consents includes all Consents issued by or issuable by any Regulatory Authority under Environmental Laws.

Examples of Environmental Consents in a sentence

  • All current Environmental Consents remain in full force and effect.

  • All such Environmental Consents are listed in Schedule 3.2(39) and complete and correct copies have been made available to the Vendors.

  • The TNPA shall use its reasonable endeavours to assist the Terminal Operator to obtain such Environmental Consents, heritage Consents and other Consents as may be required to enable the Terminal Operator to execute the Project, provided that the TNPA shall bear no liability or responsibility for any failure of the Terminal Operator to obtain such Consents save as provided in this Agreement.

More Definitions of Environmental Consents

Environmental Consents means any Permit required under Environmental Laws for the carrying on of the business of the Target Group or the use of, or any activities or operations carried out at, any of the Properties;
Environmental Consents means all authorisations, notifications, reports, improvement programmes and assessments required under any Environmental Regulation prescribed by the Laws of Zambia in connection with the Development Project;
Environmental Consents means any material permit, licence, authorisation, approval or consent required under Environmental Laws for the carrying on of the European Business or the use of, or any activities or operations carried out at, any site owned or occupied by the Seller Group or any Target Company; Environmental Laws means all international, European Union, national, state, federal, regional or local laws (including common law, statute law, civil and criminal law and including codes of practice and guidance notes which are of mandatory effect) which are in force and binding at the date of this Agreement, to the extent that they relate to Environmental Matters;
