Equalisation Payment definition

Equalisation Payment means an amount paid in accordance with clause 26 of Schedule 1 (subject to any determination of the Directors to the contrary) calculated at such rate per Share of Shares Class as shall be determined by the Directors by reference to their estimate from time to time of the next dividend to be declared in respect of the relevant Share Class Fund(s) the portfolio(s) maintained in accordance with clause 26 of Schedule 1 which shall be kept separate in respect of each Share Class or the relevant Share Classes (where more than one Share Class has been created to participate in a Fund) to which all assets and liabilities, income and expenditure attributable or allocated to each such Fund shall be applied and charged.
Equalisation Payment means that part of the Issue Price credited to the Equalisation Account upon subscription for Participating Shares in accordance with article 9(4) hereof,
Equalisation Payment means (in relation to a Share issued by the Manager) the capital sum deemed by the Manager to represent the amount included in the issue price of such Share to reflect Income of the Designated Portfolio concerned accrued up to the date of issue thereof, the amount of which shall be credited to the Income Equalisation Account, and (in relation to a Share sold by the Manager) the sum equivalent to the Equalisation Payment which would relate to a Share issued on the same day;
