Equipment Fault definition

Equipment Fault or “Faulty Equipment” means a failure of the Equipment to operate in accordance with the manufacturer specifications;
Equipment Fault and “Faulty Equipment” shall have the same meaning;
Equipment Fault refers to condition when the Contract Equipment (incl. parts, raw materials, cast and forged parts, original parts, etc) cannot meet the performance and quality criterion specified in the Contract and/or cannot satisfy the requirement of project stability, reliability, safety and economic operation.

Examples of Equipment Fault in a sentence

  • Where an Equipment Fault has been logged and CommsFM have attended Site and no Equipment Fault exists on the Equipment then this is deemed to be an “Abortive Visit”.
