Equipment Prices definition

Equipment Prices means the standard prices charged by Talk Time UK for Equipment identified in the Purchase order and/or Network Contract.
Equipment Prices. All given prices for rental of Equipment are excluding shipping costs, customs fees, any export or import charges, insurance and all other costs which are necessary to bring the equipment to operation. The delivery condition is ex- works Rostock in Germany unless otherwise agreed in writing. All costs related to shipping of the Equipment will be invoiced by INNOMAR and shall be paid at costs plus fifteen (15) percent handling charge.

Equipment Prices means the standard prices charged by Midshire for Equipment identified in the Price List and shall include the price charged by Midshire for the Equipment as set out on application form.

Related to Equipment Prices

  • Current Prices means the prices for the specified materials prevailing on any date subsequent to the date 28 days prior to the latest date set for the submission of the Tenders, by reason of any National or State Statute or Ordinance,
