Equity Award Consideration definition

Equity Award Consideration means an amount equal to the sum of (i) the Mixed Cash Consideration and (ii) the Mixed Stock Consideration Value.
Equity Award Consideration has the meaning set forth in Section 2.2(d).
Equity Award Consideration means an amount in cash, without interest, equal to the product of (i) the Merger Consideration multiplied by (ii) the Average Price.
