Examples of Equity Financing Commitment in a sentence

  • Notwithstanding anything else to the contrary in this Letter Agreement, under no circumstances shall the Investor be obligated to contribute more cash than the Equity Financing Commitment.

  • Except as expressly set forth in the Equity Commitment Letter, there are no conditions precedent related to the funding of the full amount of the Equity Financing Commitment.
