Equity Incentive Award definition

Equity Incentive Award means an award granted under the Equity Incentive Award Plan and designated as a "Restricted Incentive Award", a "Restricted Share Award", a "Performance Incentive Award" or a "Performance Share Award" in accordance with the terms of, and as defined in, the Equity Incentive Award Plan.

More Definitions of Equity Incentive Award

Equity Incentive Award means the portion of a Participant’s Incentive Award, if any, consisting of an opportunity to receive a grant of Restricted Stock Units based upon the amount by which 2013 Adjusted EBITDA exceeds the Benchmark Adjusted EBITDA.

Related to Equity Incentive Award

  • Incentive Award means the right to receive a cash payment to the extent Performance Goals are achieved, and shall include “Annual Incentive Awards” as described in Section 10 and “Long-Term Incentive Awards” as described in Section 11.
