Equivalent Hours definition

Equivalent Hours shall be defined as full-time or part-time. Fifty-two week employees shall be excluded.
Equivalent Hours is defined as “full-time and part-time” at the time notice is given.
Equivalent Hours. A position shall be considered to have equivalent regularly scheduled hours if there is not more than eight (8) hours per day period difference in the number of regularly scheduled hours.
