Estimated Service Charge definition

Estimated Service Charge means the Landlord’s Surveyor’s reasonable and proper estimate of the Service Charge for the Accounting Year notified in writing to the Tenant from time to time;
Estimated Service Charge means the estimated annual amount due WATERBURY pursuant to this Agreement, payable in advance, to pay CHESHIRE’s fair proportionate of the Net Operating Costs for the upcoming Contract Year plus CHESHIRE’s Capital Charges for such Contract Year. Such amount shall be equal to CHESHIRE’s actual Service Charge for the previous Contract Year.

More Definitions of Estimated Service Charge

Estimated Service Charge means such sum as the Surveyor may demand, having regard to the actual and anticipated cost of providing or procuring the provision of the Services for that Service Charge Year.
