ETC Exchange definition

ETC Exchange means, in respect of an Exchange-traded Contract, the Chicago Board Options Exchange, or any successor or alternative to such exchange on which options denominated in the Specified Currency relating to the Reference Asset are trading as determined by the Calculation Agent.
ETC Exchange means, in respect of the Exchange Traded Contract, EUREX, or any successor to such exchange or quotation system or any substitute exchange or quotation system to which trading in such Futures Contract has temporarily relocated (provided that the Calculation Agent has determined that there is comparable liquidity relative to such Exchange Traded Contract on such temporary exchange or quotation system as on the original exchange).

  • Free Exchange means an exchange of a Commission Share of one Fund for a Commission Share of another Fund under circumstances where the CDSC which would have been payable in respect of a redemption of the exchanged Commission Share on the date of such exchange is waived and the Commission Share issued in such exchange is treated as a continuation of the investment in the Commission Share exchanged for purposes of determining the CDSC payable if such Commission Share issued in the exchange is thereafter redeemed.

  • Primary Exchange means, with respect to each Index constituent or each constituent underlying a Successor Index, the primary exchange or market of trading such Index constituent or such constituent underlying a Successor Index.

  • National Securities Exchange means an exchange registered with the Commission under Section 6(a) of the Exchange Act or any successor thereto.

  • Interest exchange means the acquisition of an ownership or membership interest in a domestic entity as provided by Subchapter B, Chapter 10. The term does not include a merger or conversion.

  • Direct Exchange has the meaning set forth in Section 11.03(a).

If there is no options or futures exchange in the country in which the Company has its residence on which options or futures contracts on shares are traded, the Calculation Agent will determine the Futures Exchange in its reasonable discretion (billiges Ermessen) (§ 317 BGB) and will make notification thereof in accordance with § 6 of the General Terms.

  • Optional Exchange means the exchange of the Certificates by the Trust for the Underlying Securities pursuant to Section 7(a) hereof.

  • Reference Exchange means XETRA.

  • Trading Date means the closing of the first sale to the general public of the Shares pursuant to a registration statement filed with and declared effective by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission under the Securities Act.

  • Stock Market means a securities market operated by a securities exchange;

  • Relevant Exchange means the Relevant Exchange as specified in § 2 of the Product and Underlying Data.In the case of a material change in the market conditions at the Relevant Exchange, such as a final discontinuation of the quotation of the Underlying at the Relevant Exchange and the quotation at a different stock exchange or a considerably restricted number or liquidity, the Relevant Exchange shall be substituted as the Relevant Exchange by another exchange that offers satisfactorily liquid trading in the Underlying (the "Substitute Exchange"); such exchange shall be determined by the Calculation Agent acting in accordance with relevant market practice and in good faith.   • Applicable Exchange means the New York Stock Exchange or such other securities exchange as may at the applicable time be the principal market for the Common Stock.

  • Derivatives Exchange means Chicago Board Options Exchange. "Interest Rate" means USD LIBOR O/N (overnight).LIBOR stands for London InterBank Offered Rate. LIBOR is an average interest rate based on infor- mation submitted by the contributing banks. The panel banks indicate the interest rates at which they are able to refinance their own interbank activities in the relevant currency for the relevant term on an unsecured basis. To calculate the reference interest rate, the highest and lowest quar- tiles of these interest rates are eliminated, and the remaining interest rates are averaged. LIBOR is calculated for 7 different terms and 5 different currencies. The LIBOR interest rates (ICE Libor) are administered by ICE Benchmark Administration Limited (IBA) and determined each business day at 11 a.m. (London time). LIBOR O/N (overnight) stands for terms of 1 day.If the Interest Rate is not set or published on an Index Calculation Day, the Interest Rate applied on the immediately preceding Index Calculation Day is used to calculate the index in accordance with section C).If the Interest Rate has neither been set nor published for ten consecutive Index Calculation Days, the Index Calculation Agent has the right and obligation to stipulate in its reasonable discretion an alternative relevant Interest Rate which has functions comparable to the previous Interest Rate.

  • Relevant Stock Exchange for the Fund means the primary exchange or quotation system on which shares (or other applicable securities) of the Fund are traded, as determined by the Calculation Agent.

  • Irish Stock Exchange means the Irish Stock Exchange Limited.

  • Nasdaq Stock Market means The Nasdaq Stock Market, Inc.

  • Approved Stock Exchange means the New York Stock Exchange, NASDAQ or such other stock exchange in the United States of America, the United Kingdom or Hong Kong as is approved in writing by the Facility Agent or, in each case, any successor thereto.

  • Recognized Exchange means The New York Stock Exchange or the Nasdaq National Market.
