Options Exchange definition
Options Exchange means, the Related Exchange (if such Related Exchange trades options contracts relating to the relevant Share) or the Related Exchange selected by the Calculation Agent as the primary market for listed options contracts relating to the relevant Share.
Options Exchange means a registered national securities exchange or automated trading facility of a registered securities association that trades Listed Options.
Options Exchange means, in respect of Securities for which Options Exchange Adjustment is the applicable Method of Adjustment and/or the applicable consequence of one or more types of Merger Event under General Condition 30(C), the exchange or quotation system specified as such in the related Terms or any successor to such exchange or quotation system or any substitute exchange or quotation system to which trading in options contracts relating to the relevant Share has temporarily relocated (provided that the Calculation Agent has determined that there is comparable liquidity relative to such options contracts on such temporary substitute exchange or quotation as on the original Options Exchange) or, if no such exchange or quotation system is specified, the Related Exchange (if such Related Exchange trades options contracts relating to the relevant Share) or, if more than one such Related Exchange is specified in the applicable Final Terms, the Related Exchange selected by the Calculation Agent as the primary market for listed options contracts relating to the relevant Share.
Examples of Options Exchange in a sentence
Each Participant that is an Options Exchange shall, through its Compliance Rule, require its Industry Members that are Options Market Makers to report to the Options Exchange the time at which a quote in a Listed Option is sent to the Options Exchange (and, if applicable, any subsequent quote modifications and/or cancellation time when such modification or cancellation is originated by the Options Market Maker).
Such time information also shall be reported to the Central Repository by the Options Exchange in lieu of reporting by the Options Market Maker.

More Definitions of Options Exchange
Options Exchange means the exchange or quotation system specified as such in the applicable Final Terms, any successor to such exchange or quotation system or any substitute exchange or quotation system, to which trading in options contracts relating to the relevant Share has temporarily relocated (provided that the Calculation Agent has determined that there is comparable liquidity relative to such options contracts on such temporary substitute exchange or quotation system as on the original Options Exchange) or, if no such exchange or quotation system is specified in the applicable Final Terms, the Related Exchange (if such Related Exchange trades options contracts relating to the relevant Share) or, if more than one such Related Exchange is specified in the applicable Final Terms, the Related Exchange selected by the Calculation Agent as the primary market for listed options contracts relating to the relevant Share.
Options Exchange means the Chicago Board Options Exchange, or any successor to such exchange or quotation system or any substitute exchange or quotation system to which trading in options contracts on the Underlying Index has temporarily relocated; provided that the Index Administrator has determined that there is comparable liquidity relative to the options contracts on the Underlying Index on such temporary substitute exchange or quotation system as on the original Options Exchange.
