Ethics Counsellor definition

Ethics Counsellor means an officer or Committee of the persons who is nominated/appointed to conduct detailed investigation.
Ethics Counsellor means an officer who is/are nominated/ appointed to conduct detailed investigation of the disclosure received from the whistleblower and recommend disciplinary action. Currently, Mr. D.R. Sharma, CGM (P &A) is nominated as Ethics Counsellor.
Ethics Counsellor means the Officer of the Company designated as Ethics Counsellor from time to time, for the purpose of this mechanism / policy.

  • The Ethics Counsellor shall submit a report to the Audit Committee on a regular basis about all Protected Disclosures referred to him/her since the last report together with the results of investigations, if any.

  • The Compliance Officer shall, after considering inputs, if any, from the Company Ethics Counsellor and the Designated Director have the discretion to recommend appropriate disciplinary action, including suspension and termination of service of such a defaulting Designated Person.
