EU Personal Data definition

EU Personal Data means the processing of Personal Data to which data protection laws of the European Union, or of a Member State of the European Union or European Economic Area were applicable prior to its processing by IFS.
EU Personal Data means Personal Data the sharing of which pursuant to this Agreement is regulated by the Directive, the General Data Protection Regulation and Local Data Protection Laws.
EU Personal Data means Customer Personal Data and Customer’s Affiliates’ Personal Data to which the EU GDPR is applicable.

More Definitions of EU Personal Data

EU Personal Data means Personal Data which is, or has been, subject to the data protection law of a Member State of the EEA, the United Kingdom, and/or Switzerland.
EU Personal Data means any Personal Data that is disclosed by one party or its Affiliate (“Discloser”) to the other party or its Affiliate (“Recipient”) in the performance of that party’s rights or obligations under the Agreement, to the extent such Personal Data is related to residents of the EEA, or the disclosure of such Personal Data is otherwise subject to EU Data Protection Laws;
EU Personal Data means any information, including EU Sensitive Data that is (i) about an identified or identifiable individual, (ii) received by Northrop Grumman in the U.S. from the EU, and (iii) recorded in any form.
EU Personal Data means all Personal Data (as the term is defined in the GDPR) of individuals in the EU or whose behaviour is monitored in the EU.
EU Personal Data means the Gen Personal Data the Processing of which is subject to the EU Data Protection Law.
EU Personal Data means personally identifiable information about individuals located in the European Union and may include, but not limited to, the following: name, email address and location.
EU Personal Data means any information relating to a EU User that identifies or can be used to identify that EU User, either separately or in combination with other readily available data that is received by Mosyle in the U.S. from the EEA or Switzerland in connection with the Services, including information provided offline, including Sensitive Personal Data.
