Euro Notes Indenture definition

Euro Notes Indenture means that certain Indenture dated as of December 10, 2010 among, inter alia, the Euro Notes Indenture Trustee and Boardriders S.A., as may be amended in connection with the Euro Notes Exchange Offer
Euro Notes Indenture means the Indenture, dated as of May 6, 2010, by and between the U.S. Borrower, as issuer, and Wells Fargo Bank, National Association, as trustee.
Euro Notes Indenture means the indenture, dated as of May 28, 2003, between the Company and JPMorgan Chase Bank, as trustee, pursuant to which the Euro Notes are issued, as the same shall be amended from time to time.
