European Regulator definition

European Regulator means any of the Euronext College of Regulators, the Dutch Minister of Finance, the French Minister of the Economy, the French Financial Market Authority (Autorité des Marchés Financiers), the Netherlands Authority for the Financial Markets (Autoriteit Financiele Markten), the Belgian Banking, Finance, and Insurance Commission (Commission Bancaire, Financière, et des Assurances), the French Committee of Credit Establishments and Investment Undertakings (Comité des Etablissements de Crédit et des Enterprises d’Investissement – CECEI), the Portuguese Securities Market Commission (Comissão do Mercado de Valores Mobiliários – CMVM), the U.K. Financial Services Authority (FSA), or any other governmental securities regulator in any European country where the Corporation or any European Market Subsidiary operates a European Regulated Market, in each case only to the extent that it has authority and jurisdiction in the particular context.
European Regulator means any of the Euronext College of Regulators, the Dutch Minister of Finance, the French Minister of the Economy, the French Financial Market Authority (Autorité des Marchés Financiers), the Netherlands Authority for the Financial Markets (Autoriteit Financiele Markten), the Belgian Financial Services and Markets Authority (Autorité des services et marchés financiers), as successor to the Belgian Banking, Finance, and Insurance Commission (Commission Bancaire, Financière, et des Assurances), the French Authority of Prudential Control (Autorité de Contrôle Prudentiel – ACP), the Portuguese Securities Market Commission (Comissão do Mercado de Valores Mobiliários – CMVM), the U.K. Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), the U.K. Prudential Regulation Authority, the Bank of England, any authority to which functions relevant to these bylaws are transferred from any of the aforesaid authorities, or any other governmental securities regulator in any European country where a European Regulated Market or a European Market Subsidiary is located, in each case only to the extent that it has authority and jurisdiction in the particular context.
