Payment Service Providers definition

Payment Service Providers means a payment service provider as defined in Article 4, point (11) of Directive 2015/2366;
Payment Service Providers or “PSPs” means the Banks, Card Associations, and/or any other relevant payment service providers or operators;
Payment Service Providers means iAPPS subsidiaries and such other third party service provider as may be set out in the SLIDE Website from time to time, and “Payment Service Provider” means any one of them.

Examples of Payment Service Providers in a sentence

  • No claims for refund/ charge back shall be made by any User to the Payment Service Provider(s) and in the event such claim is made it shall not be entertained.

  • However, the User agrees that under no circumstances the Payment Gateway Service Provider shall be held responsible for such fraudulent/duplicate transactions and hence no claims should be raised to Payment Gateway Service Provider No communication received by the Payment Service Provider(s) in this regards shall be entertained by the Payment Service Provider(s).

  • In these Terms and Conditions, the term “Charge Back” shall mean, approved and settled credit card or net banking purchase transaction(s) which are at any time refused, debited or charged back to merchant account (and shall also include similar debits to Payment Service Provider's accounts, if any) by the acquiring bank or credit card company for any reason whatsoever, together with the bank fees, penalties and other charges incidental thereto.

  • You must not deposit transactions resulting from any transaction involving a Card between a Cardholder and another entity (with the exception of Payment Service Providers (PSPs), who may deposit transactions resulting from a transaction between a Cardholder and a Sponsored Merchant of the PSP).

  • Neither we nor our Online Payment Service Providers are responsible for requests for refunds and we are under no obligation to participate in a dispute with a Participating Merchants or an unintended recipient of an Online Payment.


More Definitions of Payment Service Providers

Payment Service Providers means the payment service providers referred to in Article 1(1) of Directive 2007/64/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 13 November 2007 on payment services in the internal market (4).

Payment Service Providers means Singtel Group Corporations and such other third party service provider as may be set out in the Dash Website from time to time, and “Payment Service Provider” means any one of them.
