Event Booking definition

Event Booking means an agreement to hire the Venue exclusively for the Period and for any catering and services entered into by you and which is accepted by us in accordance with these terms and conditions.
Event Booking means a booking made by a Qualifying Account Cardholder in advance to hold a business function or meeting for ten Attendees or more.

  • Unscheduled Downtime means any time when any or all of the applications and Services provided by the Supplier to the Customer shall be unavailable to the Customer due to unexpected system failures other than Scheduled Downtime or the downtime is attributable to events not under the control of the Supplier.
