Event Booking definition

Event Booking means an agreement to hire the Venue exclusively for the Period and for any catering and services entered into by you and which is accepted by us in accordance with these terms and conditions.
Event Booking means a booking made by a Qualifying Account Cardholder in advance to hold a business function or meeting for ten Attendees or more.
Event Booking means a booking for an event.

Examples of Event Booking in a sentence

  • If the Exhibitor requires the Company to obtain insurance on the Exhibitor’s behalf the fees for that insurance will be shown in the Event Booking Form.

  • This agreement comprising the Event Booking Contract and these terms and conditions (together the ‘Agreement’) is made between the Client whose details are set out in the Client Information in the Event Booking Contract (the ‘Client’) and Birkbeck College of ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ (▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇).

  • In the event of any conflict between these terms and conditions and the Event Booking Form, the latter shall take precedence.

  • You will not be entitled to a partial refund or to reschedule the Exclusive Booking or Event Booking if a cancellation request is received by the Provider less than fourteen (14) days prior to the scheduled departure.

  • Should the University give notice to the Client of its intention to alter the Charges from those stated in the Event Booking Form, the Client shall be entitled, within twenty eight (28) days of receipt of such notification, to cancel the booking.

  • There shall be no reduction of the Charges if the actual number of attendees at the Event is less than the number stated in the Event Booking Form.

  • Should the Client require the University to provide any additional goods and services for the Event, beyond the Services as detailed on the Event Booking Form, following signature of the Contract but prior to the Event, provision of said additional services shall be at the sole discretion of the University, and where the University agrees to provide any such services, this shall be confirmed in writing by the University, which shall include any applicable additional charges and/or additional conditions.

  • If you would like to have a table plan, you must inform the Events Team of your expected number on your Event Booking Form so that a draft table plan can be made up for you and get the guests’ names and dietary requirements to the Events Office at least 10 working days in advance of the event date.

  • Any table booking at the Awards ceremony will be subject to Our Event Booking Terms & Conditions.

  • The Event Booking Form will be signed by both Parties to this agreement and in addition to these terms and conditions, will form the entire agreement between the Parties for the Event (hereinafter the “Contract”).


More Definitions of Event Booking

Event Booking means the completion of the process as specified in clause 3.

Related to Event Booking

  • Unscheduled Downtime means any time when any or all of the applications and Services provided by the Supplier to the Customer shall be unavailable to the Customer due to unexpected system failures other than Scheduled Downtime or the downtime is attributable to events not under the control of the Supplier.

  • Event Period shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 7.2 hereof.

  • Unscheduled Outage means an interruption resulting in reduction of the Availability of the Element(s) / Project (as the case may be) that is not a result of a Scheduled Outage or a Force Majeure Event.

  • Switch Event Date means the date recorded in the Registry as being the date on which a trader assumes responsibility for an ICP;

  • Periodic Term SOFR Determination Day has the meaning specified in the definition of “Term SOFR”.
