Event Collateral definition

Event Collateral means products or merchandise bearing an Organizer Mark, either alone or together with a Sponsor Mark, for distribution at or in connection with the Event.

  • Any Threshold Event Collateral posted by a Serviced Subordinate Companion Loan Holder shall be held in an outside reserve fund which shall not be an asset of any Trust REMIC, and the party that posted such Threshold Event Collateral shall be the owner of such outside reserve fund, all within the meaning of Treasury Regulations Section 1.860G-2(h).

  • The entire amount of Threshold Event Collateral, without a haircut or other reduction, shall be considered in determining the sufficiency of such Threshold Event Collateral to avoid a Control Appraisal Event.

  • The Threshold Event Cure shall continue until (i) the Appraised Value of the Mortgaged Property plus the value of the Threshold Event Collateral would not be sufficient to prevent a Control Appraisal Event from occurring; or (ii) the occurrence of a Final Recovery Determination.

  • Any Threshold Event Collateral shall be treated as an “outside reserve fund” for purposes of the REMIC Provisions, and such property (and the right to reimbursement of any amounts with respect thereto from a REMIC) shall be beneficially owned by the Holder that posted such Threshold Event Collateral, who shall be taxable on all income with respect thereto.

  • The Threshold Event Cure shall continue until (i) the Appraised Value of the Mortgaged Property plus the value of the Threshold Event Collateral would not be sufficient to prevent a Control Appraisal Period from occurring; or (ii) final liquidation of the Mortgage Loan or REO Property.

  • Any Threshold Event Collateral shall be treated as an “outside reserve fund” for purposes of the REMIC Provisions, and such property (and the right to reimbursement of any amounts with respect thereto from a REMIC) shall be beneficially owned by the Controlling Holder that posted such Threshold Event Collateral, who shall be taxable on all income with respect thereto.

  • If a letter of credit is furnished as Threshold Event Collateral, the letter of credit must have an initial term no shorter than 6 months and contain an evergreen clause providing for automatic renewal for additional periods not less than 6 months.
