Excavation Permit definition

Excavation Permit means the permit which, pursuant to this ordinance, must be obtained before a person may excavate in a right-of-way. An Excavation permit allows the holder to excavate that part of the right-of-way described in such permit.
Excavation Permit means any excavation permit issued by the Authority in respect of the work required to Provide the Works or any part thereof under the Ordinance, including any extension and amendment of the excavation permit.
Excavation Permit means a permit authorizing Excavation for the construction or installation of Facilities in the City's Rights-of-Way.

More Definitions of Excavation Permit

Excavation Permit means a permit required for all construction activities located within public right-of-way. The permit is issued by the Public Works Department to a licensed contractor.
