The Exceptional Event Payment (“EEP”) to the Consultant will be calculated as follows.
Even though this agreement may be terminated under the terms and conditions set out under this deed, the Company will remain obligated to assess whether an Exceptional Event Payment is due and payable to the Consultant following each issue of the Company's half year or full year report to ASX.
