QUALITY OF GAS. The Gas to be delivered by Seller hereunder at the Point of Delivery shall comply with the quality requirements of the receiving Transporter.

QUALITY OF GAS. 5.1 The quality of Gas to be delivered to the BUYER shall be similar to typical output gas specification at ONGC Hazira Delivery Point indicated in Annexure 1. 5.2 If Gas delivered by the SELLER to the BUYER fails, at any time, to conform to the quality specifications provided in Annexure-1 hereto, the BUYER shall notify the SELLER or its authorized representative of such deficiency in writing and the SELLER shall take steps to remedy such deficiency within a reasonable time. The BUYER shall have the right to refuse to receive and accept the quantity of Gas not conforming to the quality specifications mentioned above.
QUALITY OF GAS. 11.01 The parties hereto recognize that the natural gas delivered for transportation hereunder will necessarily be commingled in Transporter's pipeline system with gas received from other sources, and that the specific gas delivered to Transporter cannot be redelivered for Shipper's account. It is further agreed that the natural gas delivered to and by Transporter hereunder shall be merchantable natural gas. 11.02 All gas delivered to Transporter for Shipper and redelivered by Transporter to Shipper shall meet the quality standards for transportation on the interstate pipeline system of Transco as amended from time-to-time.
QUALITY OF GAS. 7.1 The gas delivered hereunder shall be commercially free of dust, gum, gum forming constituents, treating chemicals and solid matter that might adversely affect the gathering thereof and shall conform to the following specifications: (a) Oxygen Not more than 0.2% by volume (b) Carbon Dioxide Not more than 2.0% by volume (c) Free Water None (d) Heating Value Not less than 1100 Btu per Cubic Foot (e) Total Inerts Not more than 5% by volume of including Carbon Dioxide and Nitrogen (f) Temperature Not more than 120 degrees Fahrenheit (g) Total Sulfur Not more than 5 grains per 100 Cubic Feet (h) Hydrogen Sulfide Not more than 1/4 grain per 100 Cubic Feet (i) Nitrogen Not more than 4% by volume 7.2 The acceptance of gas that does not meet the specifications of this Article 7 shall not be deemed a waiver of the right to require future deliveries to conform to said specifications.

The price charged by Buyer to Seller for such treatment is stated in Article 9. 7.3 The acceptance of gas which does not meet the specifications of this Article 7 shall not be deemed a waiver of the right to require future deliveries to conform to said specifications.

QUALITY OF GAS. SECTION 1: Xxxxxx agrees that the gas delivered hereunder shall be merchantable natural gas, at all times complying with the following quality requirements: (a) The gas shall be in its natural state as produced, including all hydrocarbon constituents therein contained, except gas from which Seller has removed liquid hydrocarbons under the provisions of Article III, Section 2(b)(ii)(3) hereof. Seller shall also have the right to remove nonhydrocarbon constituents and hydrocarbons as required to remove other constituents. Seller may enrich the gas to the extent required to meet the gross heating requirement set forth in Paragraph (b) below, and may subject the gas, or permit the gas to be subjected, to compression, cooling, cleaning and other processes. (b) The weighted average gross heating value of gas delivered to Buyer hereunder shall not be less than nine hundred (900) British Thermal Units per cubic foot, and shall not be more than one thousand two hundred (1,200) British Thermal Units per cubic foot. Buyer may reject delivery of gas having a weighted average gross heating value of less than nine hundred (900) British Thermal Units or more than one thousand two hundred (1,200) British Thermal Units. (c) The gas shall be commercially free from sand, dust, gums, liquid water, crude oil, impurities and other objectionable substances and shall have been dehydrated by Seller for removal of water present therein in a vapor state, and in no event contain more than four (4) pounds of water vapor per one million (1,000,000) cubic feet of gas, and shall be free from hydrocarbons liquifiable at temperatures in excess of fifteen degrees (15 DEG) Fahrenheit at pressures up to 800 psig. (d) The gas shall not contain more than one-quarter (1/4) grain of hydrogen sulphide per one hundred (100) cubic feet of gas. (e) The gas shall not contain in excess of three percent (3%) by volume of carbon dioxide. (f) The temperature of the gas at the delivery point or delivery points shall not be in excess of one hundred twenty degrees (120 DEG) Fahrenheit.
QUALITY OF GAS. 7.01 The quality of the Seller's Gas delivered hereunder shall be the quality of such Seller's Gas as usually made available by Seller at the Delivery Point. Seller will endeavour to ensure the quality Specifications for the Seller's Gas at the Delivery Point as set forth in Schedule C (the "Specifications"). 7.02 Buyer shall use all reasonable endeavours to accept delivery of any Gas that does not meet the Specifications but, if after using its reasonable endeavours the Buyer is unable to accept such Gas, then Buyer may reject Gas which does not meet such Specifications. The rejection of Gas not meeting Specifications shall be the sole remedy available to the Buyer under this Agreement for a failure by the Seller to supply Gas that does not meet Specifications. 7.03 All Seller's Gas delivered and accepted by Buyer under this Agreement, constitutes the whole of the Seller's obligations with respect to the description, quality and fitness for purpose of the Seller's Gas to be delivered and (save to the extent that exclusion thereof is not permitted or is ineffective by operation of Applicable Laws) all statutory or other conditions warranties, express or implied, with respect to the description or satisfactory quality of the Seller's Gas or its fitness for any particular purpose or otherwise are hereby excluded. 7.04 The quality of Seller's Gas at the Delivery Point shall be verified jointly as set forth in Schedule A.
QUALITY OF GAS. Fuel Manager covenants that all Gas provided hereunder by Fuel Manager shall be merchantable natural gas, free of liens and encumbrances of any kind, and shall comply with the Fuel Specifications.
