Excess Concentration Obligation definition

Excess Concentration Obligation means (a) any Reference Obligation whose inclusion in the Reference Portfolio (other than as an "Excess Concentration Obligation") would not on the related Obligation Trade Date satisfy one or more of clauses (iv) and (v) of the Portfolio Criteria (but only to the extent that such inclusion would not satisfy any such clause) and (b) any Reference Obligation deemed to be an Excess Concentration Obligation pursuant to Clause 3(b). Notwithstanding that the foregoing definition provides that only part of a Reference Obligation may be an "Excess Concentration Obligation" for all other purposes of this Confirmation, the entire Reference Obligation shall be deemed to be an "Excess Concentration Obligation" for purposes of determining pursuant to Clause 9(a) the Independent Amount Percentage for the Transaction relating to such Reference Obligation. Counterparty shall give notice to Citibank on or prior to the related Obligation Trade Date if any Reference Obligation would be an Excess Concentration Obligation pursuant to the foregoing clause (a).
Excess Concentration Obligation means, on any date, one or more Debt Obligations of any single Obligor or any of its Affiliates as to which the aggregate Purchase Amount thereof on such date exceeds 2.5% of the Portfolio Purchase Amount on such date.
Excess Concentration Obligation. Without duplication, any portion of the Collateral Principal Amount that is in excess of the Concentration Limits and, to the extent that any Collateral Obligation exceeds more than one Concentration Limit, the highest calculation of excess over the corresponding Concentration Limits.

Excess Concentration Obligation. Without duplication, for each Concentration Limit, as of any Business Day, the sum of the portion of the Adjusted Principal Balance of each Collateral Obligation that causes such Concentration Limit to be exceeded and, to the extent that any Collateral Obligation exceeds more than one Concentration Limit, the Collateral Obligation shall be deemed to exceed only the Concentration Limit resulting in the largest excess; provided that, Haircut Caa1 Obligations shall not be treated as Excess Concentration Obligations.

  • Excluded Amount means, as of any date of determination, with respect to any Asset: (a) any amount that is attributable to the reimbursement of payment by the applicable Borrower of any tax, fee or other charge imposed by any Governmental Authority on such Asset, (b) any interest or fees (including origination, agency, structuring, management or other up-front fees) that are for the account of the applicable Person from whom the applicable Borrower purchased such Asset, (c) any reimbursement of insurance premiums relating to such Asset, (d) any escrows relating to taxes, insurance and other amounts in connection with such Asset which are held in an escrow account for the benefit of the applicable Borrower pursuant to escrow arrangements under the Investment Documents and (e) any amount deposited into the Asset Account in error.

  • Credit Improved Obligation means any Collateral Debt Obligation which, in the Investment Manager’s judgment, has significantly improved in credit quality and in respect of which one of the following is satisfied:

  • Concentration means the weight of any given material present in a unit volume of liquid. Unless otherwise indicated in this permit, concentration values shall be expressed in milligrams per liter (mg/l).

  • Aggregate Loss Severity Percentage With respect to any Distribution Date, the percentage equivalent of a fraction, the numerator of which is the aggregate amount of Realized Losses incurred on any Mortgage Loans from the Cut-off Date to the last day of the preceding calendar month and the denominator of which is the aggregate principal balance of such Mortgage Loans immediately prior to the liquidation of such Mortgage Loans.

  • Overconcentration Amount means as of any date of calculation of the Effective Leverage Ratio for the Fund, an amount equal to the sum of (without duplication):

  • Net Obligation means the amount owed to PJMSettlement and PJM for purchases from the PJM Markets, Transmission Service, (under Tariff, Parts II and III , and other services pursuant to the Agreements, after applying a deduction for amounts owed to a Participant by PJMSettlement as it pertains to monthly market activity and services. Should other markets be formed such that Participants may incur future Obligations in those markets, then the aggregate amount of those Obligations will also be added to the Net Obligation.

  • Concentration Accounts has the meaning ascribed to it in Annex C.
