Excess sick leave days definition

Excess sick leave days means the day or total number of days, granted by an employer in a pay period as defined in Section 22154 after June 30, 1986, for paid leave of absence due to illness or injury, in excess of a basic sick leave day.
Excess sick leave days means the day or total number of days of paid leave of absence due to illness or injury granted by each employer in excess of 12 days per school year.

  • Approved Leave of Absence means a leave of absence that has been approved by the applicable Participating Company in such a manner as the Board may determine from time to time.
