Exchange Bonds definition

Exchange Bonds means Bonds registered, authenticated, and delivered by the Registrar, as provided in Section 4.01 of this Bond Order.
Exchange Bonds means the fully registered Series 2020 Bonds issued in substantially the appropriate form set forth in Exhibit B, in exchange for the State Bond representing the Series 2020 Bonds, or in exchange for other Exchange Bonds, in the denomination of $1,000 or any integral multiple thereof.
Exchange Bonds means the First Mortgage Bonds, 5.25% Series due August 1, 2015 issued by the Company under the Indenture containing terms identical in all material respects to the Bonds (except that (i) interest thereon shall accrue from the last date on which interest was paid or duly provided for on the Bonds or, if no such interest has been paid, from the date of their original issue, (ii) they will not contain terms with respect to transfer restrictions under the Securities Act, and (iii) they will not provide for any Additional Interest thereon).

More Definitions of Exchange Bonds

Exchange Bonds means the Bonds issued in the Exchange Offer pursuant to Section 11(f) of Article I hereof.

Exchange Bonds. The Series N Bonds, the Series O Bonds and the Series P Bonds.
Exchange Bonds. The Company’s 5.35% First Mortgage Bonds due 2014, to be issued pursuant to the Indenture (i) in the Exchange Offer or (ii) upon the request of any Holder of Restricted Bonds covered by a Shelf Registration Statement, in exchange for such Restricted Bonds.
