Executive Retention Plan definition

Executive Retention Plan means the Symantec Executive Retention Plan as in effect on the date of this Agreement and as hereafter amended from time to time.
Executive Retention Plan means the NortonLifeLock Executive Retention Plan as in effect on the date of this Agreement and as hereafter amended from time to time.
Executive Retention Plan means the Cummins Inc. Executive Retention Plan, as amended from time to time, and any successor thereto.

  • You will also during your employment period with the Symantec Employer participate in the Symantec Executive Retention Plan or any successor plan.

  • Any requirement for continued employment with Parent pursuant to the Executive Retention Plan shall be satisfied by Executive’s continued employment with the Company through the Pro Ration Date.

  • Any amounts payable under the Executive Retention Plan based on performance objectives related to periods before December 31, 2012 will be payable subject to the same terms and conditions, and at the same time, as though Executive’s employment with the Company were employment with the Parent.

  • The benefits provided to Executive in this Agreement shall offset substantially similar benefits provided to Executive pursuant to another Company policy, plan or agreement (including without limitation the Symantec Corporation Executive Severance Plan and the Symantec Corporation Executive Retention Plan).

  • In connection with that engagement, Employee has become a party to the following compensation arrangements: (a) the Executive Retention Plan, (b) the Executive Severance Plan -- Tier 2, and (c) the Executive Officer Group Salary Continuation Plan (collectively, the "Recital A Benefits").

  • Effective upon execution of this Agreement by Executive and the Company, Executive’s participation in the Medicis Pharmaceutical Corporation Amended and Restated Executive Retention Plan (the “Executive Retention Plan”), shall terminate and Executive shall have no further rights to receive any severance, payments or benefits under such plan.

  • Executive Severance Plan means the Company’s Senior Executive Employee Severance Pay Plan, as in effect from time to time.

  • Compensation and Benefits Programs means all compensation and benefit plans, policies, and programs of the Debtors, and all amendments and modifications thereto, applicable to the Debtors’ employees, former employees, retirees, and non-employee directors and the employees, former employees and retirees of their subsidiaries, including all savings plans, retirement plans, health care plans, disability plans, and incentive plans, deferred compensation plans, and life, accidental death, and dismemberment insurance plans.

  • Essential Health Benefits means, under section 1302(b) of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act, those health benefits to include at least the following general categories and the items and services covered within the categories: ambulatory patient services; Emergency Services; hospitalization; maternity and newborn care; mental health and substance abuse disorder services, including behavioral health treatment; prescription drugs; rehabilitative and habilitative services and devices; laboratory services; preventive and wellness services and chronic disease management; and pediatric services, including oral and vision care.

  • Business Benefit Plan means each Benefit Plan that is contributed to, sponsored, maintained or entered into by Seller or a Retained Subsidiary, a Purchased Subsidiary or any Affiliate of any of them for the benefit of any Business Employee.

  • Medical Benefits Schedule means the Medicare Schedule of Benefits produced by the Department of Health to which all fees and benefits relate for inpatient hospital services.
