Exercise Notice Period definition

Exercise Notice Period has the meaning given to such term in Section 4.1(c);
Exercise Notice Period means the period from 9.00am to 4.20pm AEST on each of the five Business Days up to and including the Expiry Date.
Exercise Notice Period shall have the meaning set forth in Clause 11.1(c).
