Exhibitor Booking Form definition

Exhibitor Booking Form means the document styled Exhibitor Booking Form at the beginning of these terms and conditions.
Exhibitor Booking Form means the online form which is duly completed and electronically signed by the Exhibitor to use the Stands and the Space at the Exhibition for the purpose of conducting the Licensed Activity.
Exhibitor Booking Form means the booking form and/or rebooking form signed by an Exhibitor to licence Space at each Event as accepted by the relevant Organiser for each Event

  • The Exhibitor must strictly comply with the payment obligations as stated in the Exhibitor Booking Form.

  • Unless otherwise provided in this Agreement, the Contractor and its subconsultants shall have no responsibility for the discovery, presence, handling, removal or disposal of or exposure of persons to hazardous materials or toxic substances in any form at the Project site.

  • Deadline for submission of Exhibitor Booking Form: 30 August 2012 Deadline for submission of payment (in full): 5 September 2012 Payment may be made by corporate/company cheque or bank draft made payable to ROUNDTABLE ON SUSTAINABLE PALM OIL.

  • Please complete the table below as follows: ❖ write the exhibition space number(s) which ICAO allocated to you after the submission of your Exhibitor Booking Form; ❖ if you booked a single space, write the fee in the “Fee” column to confirm the amount that your company will pay to ICAO; or ❖ if you booked a double space, deduct a 10% discount from the fee and write the total amount payable in the “Fee” column.

  • The Organiser will provide the Exhibitor with account details and access to the Organiser’s website, which will list Exhibition information, on submission of the Exhibitor Booking Form and payment of the requisite deposit.

  • Booking Form means the booking form you completed setting out details of your order in respect of the Event;

  • Prepaid wireless calling service means a telecommunications service that provides the right to utilize mobile wireless service as well as other non-telecommunications services, including the download of digital products delivered electronically, content and ancillary services, which must be paid for in advance that is sold in predetermined units or dollars of which the number declines with use in a known amount.

  • Exhibitor s Manual” shall mean the manual supplied by the Organisers to the Exhibitor which contains information relating to the Exhibition and the Exhibition Space and other matters (as amended from time to time).

  • Design Criteria Package means concise, performance-oriented drawings or specifications for a public construction project. The purpose of the Design Criteria Package is to furnish sufficient information to permit Design-Build Firms to prepare a bid or a response to the District’s Request for Proposals, or to permit the District to enter into a negotiated Design- Build Contract. The Design Criteria Package must specify performance- based criteria for the public construction project, including the legal description of the site, survey information concerning the site, interior space requirements, material quality standards, schematic layouts and conceptual design criteria of the project, cost or budget estimates, design and construction schedules, site development requirements, provisions for utilities, stormwater retention and disposal, and parking requirements applicable to the project. Design Criteria Packages shall require firms to submit information regarding the qualifications, availability, and past work of the firms, including the partners and members thereof.

  • Custom Local Area Signaling Service Features (CLASS) means certain call-management service features that are currently available from SBC-13STATE’s local networks. These could include: Automatic Call Back; Automatic Recall; Call Trace; Caller Identification and related blocking features; Calling Number Delivery; Customer Originated Trace; Distinctive Ringing/Call Waiting; Selective Call Forward; and Selective Call Rejection.

  • Performance Indicators means the indicators for Project monitoring and evaluation set forth in the Operational Manual.

  • Performance Indicator means a measure of HSP performance for which a Performance Target is set; technical specifications of specific Performance Indicators can be found in the MSAA Indicator Technical Specifications document;

  • Therapeutically equivalent drug products means drug products that contain the same active ingredients and are identical in strength or concentration, dosage form, and route of administration and that are classified as being therapeutically equivalent by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration pursuant to the definition of "therapeutically equivalent drug products" set forth in the most recent edition of the Approved Drug Products with Therapeutic Equivalence Evaluations, otherwise known as the "Orange Book."

  • Single tomogram system means a CT x-ray system which obtains x-ray transmission data during a scan to produce a single tomogram.

  • Access Service Request (ASR) is an industry standard form used by the Parties to add, establish, change or disconnect trunks for the purposes of Interconnection.

  • Secondary emissions means emissions which occur as a result of the construction or operation of a major stationary source or major modification, but do not come from the major stationary source or major modification itself. For the purposes of this chapter, “secondary emissions” must be specific, well-defined, and quantifiable, and must impact the same general areas as the stationary source modification which causes the secondary emissions. “Secondary emissions” includes emissions from any offsite support facility which would not be constructed or increase its emissions except as a result of the construction or operation of the major stationary source or major modification. “Secondary emissions” does not include any emissions which come directly from a mobile source, such as emissions from the tailpipe of a motor vehicle, from a train, or from a vessel.

  • Custom Calling Features means a set of Telecommunications Service features available to residential and single-line business customers including call-waiting, call-forwarding and three-party calling.

  • Advertising Services means the advertising services selected on the front pages of this Agreement.

  • Access Service Request (ASR) means the industry standard form used by the Parties to add, establish, change or disconnect trunks for the purposes of Interconnection.

  • Open type traction battery means a type of battery requiring filling with liquid and generating hydrogen gas that is released to the atmosphere.

  • Minor source baseline date means the earliest date after the trigger date on which a major stationary source or a major modification subject to 40 CFR 52.21 or to regulations approved pursuant to 40 CFR 51.166 submits a complete application under the relevant regulations. The trigger date is:

  • SOFR Benchmark Replacement Date means the Benchmark Replacement Date with respect to the then-current Benchmark;

  • Key Performance Indicator means a measure that captures the performance of a critical variable to expand and improve community-based corrections programs to promote offender success, ensure accountability, enhance public safety, and reduce recidivism.

  • New Service Request means an Interconnection Request, a Completed Application, or an Upgrade Request.

  • Design Criteria means the design criteria set out in the Ministry’s publication “Design Criteria for Sanitary Sewers, Storm Sewers and Forcemains for Alterations Authorized under Environmental Compliance Approval”, (as amended from time to time).

  • Random selection basis means a mechanism for selection of employees that:
