Existence Certificate definition

Existence Certificate means a declaration by the Annuitant(s) in a format specified by Us, which is duly signed by a gazetted officer and/or a registered medical practitioner, declaring that the Annuitant is alive on the date of the declaration and accompanied with a self-attested identification proof of the Annuitant duly verified by the gazetted officer and/or the registered medical practitioner or any other person as notified by Us or any other method approved by Us from time to time.
