Existence Certificate definition

Existence Certificate means a declaration by the Annuitant in a format specified by Us, which is duly signed by a gazetted officer and/or a registered medical practitioner, declaring that the Annuitant is alive on the date of the declaration and accompanied with a self-attested identification proof of the Annuitant duly verified by the gazetted officer and/or the registered medical practitioner or any other person as notified by us from time to time.

  • The Annuity payments shall be released only on receipt of the Existence Certificate.

  • Compliance Certificate means a certificate substantially in the form of Exhibit D.
