Existing Charters means, together:
Existing Charters means each of the time charters existing on the Issue Date with respect to the Existing Mortgaged Vessels, as each such time charter is amended through the Issue Date and as each such time charter may be amended, modified, supplemented, replaced, extended or renewed from time to time in compliance with Section 4.14(b)(7).
Existing Charters means the royal charter of 1681 incorporating the Company and ratified by an Act of the Parliament of Scotland in 1693 and the royal charter of 1777;

More Definitions of Existing Charters

Existing Charters means each of the time charters existing on the Issue Date with respect to the Existing Mortgaged Vessels, as each such time charter is amended through the Issue Date and as each such time charter may be amended, modified, supplemented, replaced, extended or renewed from time to time in compliance with clause (7) of the “Transactions with Affiliates” covenant.
Existing Charters means the charters for each Vessel made between the relevant Owner and the relevant Charterer listed in Schedule 1 (together with any option periods) and each a "Charter".
Existing Charters means each of the time charters existing on the date of this Agreement with respect to the Existing Vessels, as each such time charter is amended through the date of this Agreement and as each such time charter may be amended, modified, supplemented, replaced, extended or renewed from time to time in compliance with paragraph 1.1.
Existing Charters means the charters and other contracts listed on Schedule 10.1(c) hereto.
