Existing Charters means, together:
Existing Charters means each of the time charters existing on the Issue Date with respect to the Existing Mortgaged Vessels, as each such time charter is amended through the Issue Date and as each such time charter may be amended, modified, supplemented, replaced, extended or renewed from time to time in compliance with clause (7) of the “Transactions with Affiliates” covenant.
Existing Charters means the royal charter of 1681 incorporating the Company and ratified by an Act of the Parliament of Scotland in 1693 and the royal charter of 1777;

More Definitions of Existing Charters

Existing Charters means the charters for each Vessel made between the relevant Owner and the relevant Charterer listed in Schedule 1 (together with any option periods) and each a "Charter".
Existing Charters means each of the time charters existing on the date of this Agreement with respect to the Existing Mortgaged Vessels, as each such time charter is amended through the date of this Agreement and as each such time charter may be amended, modified, supplemented, replaced, extended or renewed from time to time in compliance with paragraph 12.2(7).

LTD with respect to Vessel B, (iii) that certain LNG Carrier Time Charter Agreement, dated as of October 31, 2016, by and between the Clean Energy Subsidiary and Gazprom Marketing and Trading Singapore PTE. LTD with respect to Vessel C, (iv) that certain LNG Carrier Time Charterparty, dated as of August 2, 2011, by and between the Xxxx River Subsidiary and Gazprom Global LNG Limited with respect to Vessel D, (v) the Xxxx River Yamal Charter, (vi) that certain LNG Carrier Time Charterparty, dated as of August 2, 2011, by and between the Ob River Subsidiary and Gazprom Global LNG Limited with respect to Vessel E, (vii) that certain LNG Carrier Time Charterparty, dated as of March 24, 2016, by and between the Ob River Subsidiary and Gazprom Marketing and Trading Singapore PTE. LTD with respect to Vessel E, (viii) that certain LNG Carrier Time Charterparty, dated as of August 2, 2011, by and between the Yenisei River Subsidiary and Gazprom Global LNG Limited with respect to Vessel F and (ix) the Yenisei River Yamal Charter.
Existing Charters means the Initial Charter and the Subsequent Charter, and “Existing Charter” means either of them. “Facility Period” means the period beginning on the date of this Agreement and ending on the date when the whole of the Indebtedness has been paid in full and the Security Parties have ceased to be under any further actual or contingent liability to the Lender under or in connection with the Finance Documents. “Final Maturity Date” means the date falling on the earlier of (a) ten (10) years from the date of this Agreement and (b) 31 May 2018. “Finance Documents” means this Agreement, the Master Agreement, the Security Documents and any other document designated as such by the Lender and the Borrower and “Finance Document” means any one of them. “Financial Indebtedness” means any obligation for the payment or repayment of money, whether present or future, actual or contingent, in respect of: (a) moneys borrowed; (b) any acceptance credit; (c) any bond, note, debenture, loan stock or similar instrument; (d) any finance or capital lease; (e) receivables sold or discounted (other than on a non-recourse basis); (f) deferred payments for assets or services;
