Existing Expiration Date definition

Existing Expiration Date means as is specified in Section 5.16(a).
Existing Expiration Date has the meaning specified in clause (i) of Section 2.12 [Extension of the Expiration Date].
Existing Expiration Date means the Existing 5-Year Revolver Expiration Date or the Existing 364-Day Revolver Expiration Date, as the context may require.
