Existing Facility Site definition

Existing Facility Site means those areas where the Existing Facility is located as shown in greater detail in Attachment Y.
Existing Facility Site means those areas where the Existing Facility is located as shown in Attachment Y. “FEED Document” has the meaning set forth in Attachment A.
Existing Facility Site means the real property located in Orange County, Florida, more particularly described in Exhibit "D" attached hereto and by reference made a part hereof upon which the Borrower's existing manufacturing facilities are located.

  • The Contractor will be expected to take a pro-active role in managing industrial relations among such employees at the Liquefaction Facility Site and Existing Facility Site.

  • Owner shall, or shall cause its Affiliates to, maintain care, custody and control at all times of the Existing Facility Site, the Existing Facility and, upon transfer of risk of loss from Contractor to Owner under Section 8.2C, the modifications and improvements to the Existing Facility.

  • Owner's Facility Site Representative shall support the Owner's Project Director and act as his/her representative at the Facility Site and Existing Facility Site during the absence of the Owner's Project Director.

  • At all times during the course of the Work at the Facility Site and Existing Facility Site, Contractor shall provide a qualified, competent and responsible individual who shall serve as quality assurance and control director (the "QC Director") which QC Director shall be, or his designee shall be, on site at all times work is being performed..

  • Contractor shall at all times use reasonable care at no additional cost to Owner to preserve and protect all materials and equipment (whether stored or installed), paving, structures, and any and all other items on the Facility Site or Existing Facility Site whether belonging to Owner or others, from damage resulting from Contractor's operations or in connection with the performance of the Work.


More Definitions of Existing Facility Site

Existing Facility Site means the land on which the Existing Facility is located as shown in Schedule 11 (Site Plans).
Existing Facility Site means the area designated as “Existing Facilities Site” on the plan attached as Appendix 10H [Prime Contractor Designation Areas Plans] to Schedule 10 [Lands];
Existing Facility Site means the site on which the Existing Facility is located as shown on the site plan set out in Exhibit J.

Related to Existing Facility Site

  • Existing Facility means a facility in existence on any given date, newly constructed or altered.

  • Facility Site means the site described in Schedule B. “FERC” means the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission.

  • Existing Facilities means all existing buildings and other facilities, the sites for the buildings or facilities, and furnishings or equipment for the buildings or facilities located on real property acquired by the building authority under the terms of this act.

  • Tanning facility means any premises, building, or part of a building that contains one or more rooms or booths with any of the following:

  • Generating Facility means the Generating Unit(s) comprising Seller’s power plant, as more particularly described in Section 1.02 and Exhibit B, including all other materials, equipment, systems, structures, features and improvements necessary to produce electric energy and thermal energy, excluding the Site, land rights and interests in land.

  • Common Facility Means a place where tenants utilise the same equipment such as kitchen, laundry and meeting room and or car park.

  • Parking Facilities means parking lots or other off-street areas for the parking of vehicles, including areas below or above the surface of streets.

  • Common Facilities means the facilities under D.G.sets/D.G.rooms, water storage tanks its pumping and supply system, sewerage & drainage systems, electric sub-station/ transformers/electric panels/distribution network, maintenance service rooms, lawns including lighting & services etc., roads, pathways & driveways including street lighting & services etc., guard posts, fire hydrants & fire fighting system etc. and all such facilities and areas for common use and excluded from the computation of Super Area of the Said Premises;

  • Off-site facility means a structural BMP located outside the subject property boundary described in the permit application for land development activity.

  • Vending facility means automatic vending machines, cafeterias, snack bars, cart service, shelters, counters, and such other appropriate auxiliary equipment which may be operated by licensed managers and which is necessary for the sale of newspapers, periodicals, confections, tobacco products, foods, beverages, and other articles or services dispensed automatically or manually and prepared on or off the premises in accordance with all applicable health laws and including the vending or exchange of chances for any lottery authorized by State Law and conducted by an agency of a State within such State.   • On-site facility means a structural BMP located within the subject property boundary described in the permit application for land development activity.

  • Underground facility means any item which shall be buried or placed below ground for use in connection with the storage or conveyance of water, sewage, electronic, telephone or telegraphic communications, electric energy, oil, gas or other substances, and shall include, but not be limited to pipes, sewers, conduits, cables, valves, lines, wires, manholes, attachments and those portions of poles and their attachments below ground.

  • Existing Facility Agreement has the meaning specified therefor in the recitals hereto.

  • Marijuana testing facility means an entity licensed to analyze and certify the safety and potency of marijuana.

  • Project Site(s) means the place(s) specified in the SCC for the supply and installation of the System.

  • Interconnection Facilities means the Transmission Owner Interconnection Facilities and the Customer Interconnection Facilities.
