Existing IP definition

Existing IP means any IP commercially released prior to April 1, 2014 and any products released on or after April 1, 2014 that are derived from or use the branding, environments or characters of such products (e.g., Sequels and subsequent Individual Releases).
Existing IP means the Company’s know-how or other Intellectual Property as in existence as of the Closing Date, including all modifications, derivations, continuations, and improvements thereto following the Closing Date.
Existing IP means Intellectual Property created prior to this MoU or which is developed independently of the project under this MoU;

More Definitions of Existing IP

Existing IP means any IP, other than New IP, arising in respect of the 2-Track Technology or the ChengHolin Technology;
Existing IP means any and all Intellectual Property held by either Party prior to the commencement of this contract;
