Existing IPR any and all intellectual property rights that are owned by or licensed to either Party and which have been developed independently of the Contract (whether prior to the date of the Contract or otherwise);

Examples of Existing IPR in a sentence

Except as expressly provided, nothing in this Agreement will affect the ownership of either Party’s Existing IPR or other Intellectual Property Rights or transfer, assign, license or grant any person any right, title or interest in or to a Party's Existing IPR or other Intellectual Property Rights.
The Subscriber hereby grants the CRA a licence to use any Existing IPR of the Subscriber for the purpose of fulfilling its obligations under this Agreement and royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to use any New IPR for the purpose of this Agreement and the provision of Services.

More Definitions of Existing IPR

Existing IPR has the meaning set out in clause 4.1;
