Existing Notes Trustee definition

Existing Notes Trustee means Wilmington Trust, National Association as trustee under the Indenture dated as of March 11, 2016 between Emergent Capital, Inc. and Wilmington Trust, National Association (the “Existing Indenture”).

Existing Notes Trustee means State Street Bank and Trust Company, in its capacity as trustee under the Existing Notes Indenture, and its successors and assigns.
