Existing Second Lien Indenture definition

Existing Second Lien Indenture means the Indenture, dated as of December 22, 2010, among the Issuer, the guarantors party thereto from time to time and Wilmington Trust, National Association (as successor by merger to Wilmington Trust FSB), as trustee and collateral agent relating to the Company’s 13½% Second Lien Senior Secured Notes due 2018.
Existing Second Lien Indenture has the meaning set forth in the third WHEREAS clause of this Agreement.
Existing Second Lien Indenture means the indenture, dated as of October 2, 2012, by and among the Issuer, the Company, each of the guarantors party thereto, the Existing Second Lien Trustee and the Existing Second Lien Collateral Agent, as amended or supplemented as of the date hereof and as further amended or supplemented from time to time hereafter, under which the Existing Second Lien Notes were issued.
