The Commitment of any Declining Lender shall terminate on the Existing Stated Maturity Date applicable to such Declining Lender.
If Lenders constituting the Required Lenders shall have agreed to any such extension request, then the Stated Maturity Date shall, as to the Consenting Lenders and any Lender replacing a Declining Lender, be extended on the Extension Date to the date that is one year after the then Existing Stated Maturity Date.
