Section 3.6.1. 44 The District shall provide notification to employees of the formation of the school calendar so 45 that employees may provide their input to the District for its consideration prior to its formal 46 adoption of the school calendar.
Section 3.6.1. 41 The District shall provide each employee with notice of any materials derogatory of the 42 employee's conduct, service, character or personality to be placed in the personnel file. The 43 employee shall have the right to attach to the material involved a statement of his/her version of 44 matters. All derogatory material shall be removed after three (3) years if no other related 45 disciplinary actions occur, unless a shorter period is specified.
Section 3.6.1. 34 Each employee shall be provided a copy of all materials placed in his or her personnel file within 35 five (5) working days of its insertion. Derogatory material contained in the file shall be removed 36 no later than three (3) years after placement in the file, other than evaluation documents, at the 37 employees' request provided there is no additional evidence of a repetition of conduct of the type 38 referenced in the materials making derogatory reference to the employee. An employee may 39 attach comments to any material that is a part of the personnel file. Section 3.6.1. 28 In order for the District to be in compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) as 29 of July 26, 1992, the District shall maintain a medical information file for each classified 30 employee of the District which will be kept separate from the personnel file. Such file will 31 contain such sensitive information as immunization history, health related cards, leave sharing 32 information, and information on medical history, and/or medical releases, etc. This medical 33 information file will ensure confidentiality of sensitive information regarding the employee in 34 the event of a Federal and/or State audit.
