Existing Works definition

Existing Works means the works listed in paragraph 1 of Annex 4 and insofar as such works shall have been approved from time to time in accordance with Part 3, any other works;
Existing Works means those portions of the sewage works previously constructed and existing on-site on the date of issuance of this Certificate;
Existing Works means those portions of the Works included in the Approval that have been constructed previously;

Examples of Existing Works in a sentence

  • Some Existing Works are subject to a separate license agreement (Existing Licensed Works).

  • Project Materials exclude works of authorship delivered to Client, but not created, under the SOW, and any modifications or enhancements of such works made under the SOW (Existing Works).

  • IBM grants Client an irrevocable (subject to Client’s payment obligations), nonexclusive, worldwide license to use, execute, reproduce, display, perform and prepare derivatives of Existing Works that are not Existing Licensed Works.

  • Under the Telecommunications Act and Electricity Act the owners of Existing Works (as defined in those Acts) have statutory rights to enter the Railway Land where these Existing Works are located.

  • Project Materials exclude works of authorship delivered to Client, but not created, under the Service Description, and any modifications or enhancements of such works made under the Service description (Existing Works).


More Definitions of Existing Works

Existing Works means those portions of the sewage works previously constructed and approved under a certificate of approval;
Existing Works means the piers, pontoons and slipways existing as at the date of this Order within the harbour limits and shown for identification purposes on harbour map;
Existing Works means the sewage works previously constructed and approved under a certificate of approval; "Ministry" means the Ontario Ministry of the Environment;
Existing Works means those portions of the sewage works previously constructed and existing on-site at the time of issuance of this Approval;
Existing Works means any of the following activities or acts that were done by the State prior to Registration of this Agreement within the Agreement Area so far as they relate to the Existing Infrastructure:
Existing Works means the Works listed in the Schedule Part 6;
Existing Works means all information and material created before the submission of an Entry or outside the scope of these Rules independently without using any material or information of the other party. The Intellectual Property Rights to Existing Works will remain vested in the party owning it.
