Expansion Capacity definition

Expansion Capacity means the capacity added to Carrier’s system during an expansion project. The expansion project extended between Patoka, Illinois and Lima, Ohio that Carrier held an open season seeking commitment for in December 2014
Expansion Capacity means additional Firm transmission capacity in the Forward Flow Direction (3,594,625 kWh/h) made available per 1 December 2010 as a result of the expansion of the BBL-Facilities by installing a fourth compressor at Xxxx Xxxxxxxx.
Expansion Capacity as herein used means the capacity added or to be added to Carrier’s system as a result of an Expansion Project.

  • The Transporter will offer this Expansion Capacity to the market by means of Market Tests, to be conducted on a bi-annual basis.

More Definitions of Expansion Capacity

Expansion Capacity has the meaning given such term in Section 3.1.
