Expert Advice definition

Expert Advice means the provision of veterinary advice from an individual who meets the requirements defined in this Annex for Lot 2.
Expert Advice means advice derived from a person or institution with scientific, technical or other specialised knowledge.
Expert Advice means, in relation to a matter, any advice, opinion or recommendation which is tendered by a person on the basis of that person’s qualifications and experience relating to that matter.

  • Informed choice means that the consumer is presented with complete and unbiased information on his or her long-term care options, including, but not limited to, the benefits, shortcomings, and potential consequences of those options, upon which he or she can base his or her decision.

  • Independent Adviser means an independent financial institution of international repute or other independent financial adviser experienced in the international debt capital markets, in each case appointed by the Issuer at its own expense;

  • Independent Advisor means an independent, nationally recognized accounting firm approved by the Parties, where such approval shall not be unreasonably withheld by either Party.

  • Health care professional means a physician or other health care practitioner licensed, accredited or certified to perform specified health care services consistent with state law.

  • Health profession means those licensed or regulated professions set forth in RCW 18.120.020(4).
