Work Activities. 1) Compass and OnBase software support
a) Northwoods will provide technical support services for Compass® and OnBase software and the delivery of generally released upgrades and enhancements with respect to such software, as described more fully in Attachment A.
Work Activities. 1. Staff will complete preliminary work on Request for Proposals and other necessary documentation. Request for Proposals will be distributed, consultant selection procedures will be followed, and contracts will be prepared and executed. Staff will be responsible for contract preparation, contract execution, and project management.
2. Staff will request approval from the MPO committees of the implementation of special studies as identified in the UPWP. Work under this task may include coordination of meetings, budget preparation, and special analysis.
3. Staff will undertake required activities necessary to administer, manage and complete the following projects and studies to the extent of budgeted funding
a. Complete the US 16 Corridor/Intersection Study
b. Complete an update to the Transit Development Plan
c. Complete a SD79 (Xxxxxxx Street) RCP&E structure Bicycle and Pedestrian Study
d. Complete an update to the Xxxxx County Transportation Plan
e. Complete the X-00 Xxxx 00 Interchange Study These activities include the capital investments necessary to carry out the transportation planning process.
1. The following will be acquired, as needed, to support the transportation planning process: computer hardware, software (including the Travel Demand Model software and all software upgrades) and peripheral devices; printing and plotting devices; recording equipment; traffic counters; public notices; reference materials; and commercial printing and printing supplies.*
2. Acquire aerial photography and building footprint data for the Metropolitan Planning Area.
Work Activities. 1. The employee’s position is that of << Trainee Nursing Specialist (VSio) / Trainee Physician Assistant (PAio)>>. The employee undertakes to carry out the assignments and instructions issued as part of the training programme, taking into account his/her own responsibility and with due regard for the provisions in << the education agreement, the practical training contract and the training regulations and examination regulations as amended from time to time>>. The latter agreements/contracts/regulations constitute a whole with this training/employment contract. The employee shall do everything which contributes to the successful completion of the training programme and shall refrain from any and all conduct which might obstruct the successful completion of the training programme.
Work Activities. < Required to operate and perform minor maintenance of mobile construction and maintenance equipment including but not limited to: backhoe, front end loaders with bucket, blade and wing, snow blowers, roller, street sweeper, skid loader. < Required to perform manual task [specialized or otherwise] or drive a truck when not operating. < Required to perform any other duties as may be assigned by the Operations Supervisor or designate. < Required to take a regular turn on call. Work Environment < Generally works in outdoor conditions. < Hours of work shall be according to Collective Agreement. Necessary Qualifications < Must have successfully completed a minimum of Grade 12 or equivalent. < Must hold a valid class 3A driver’s license. < Must have completed training from a recognized heavy equipment operator training program and have experience and show ability to properly operate all types of heavy equipment owned by the City of Summerside Municipal Works Section of the Municipal Services Department. < Must be of good character, in sound physical condition and mentally alert. < Have or be willing to take the Atlantic Water & Wastewater Voluntary Certification Program.
Work Activities. < Required to perform manual tasks related to the construction operation and maintenance of streets, storm sewers, sidewalks, parks, water and sewer system and City owned or operated properties and buildings. In addition to snow removal operations and debris pickup. < Required to do such other work as directed by the Operations Supervisor or designate. < Required to take a regular turn on call. Work Environment < Generally works in outdoor conditions. < Usually works under supervision. < Hours of work shall be according to Collective Agreement. Necessary Qualifications < Must be capable of performing a wide variety of routine manual tasks with minimum supervision. < Must be capable of following written and/or verbal orders. < Must be capable of obtaining a valid class 3A Driver’s license. < Must be of good character, in sound physical condition and mentally alert. < Must have successfully completed a minimum of Grade 12 or equivalent. < Have or be willing to take the Atlantic Water & Wastewater Voluntary Certification Program.
Work Activities. < Required to perform surveying, drafting and related duties for proposed projects and for as-builts. < Responsible for maintaining inventory of plans, reports, information, etc. < Required to assist work crews on job site by interpreting plans and assisting in locating valves, etc. < Required to support Work Xxxxxxx or other personnel as may be directed by the Operations Supervisor or designate. < Required to assist work crews on job sites as a labourer in case of emergency or manpower shortage, due to vacations, sickness, etc. < Required to perform other duties as assigned by the Operations Supervisor or designate. < Required to work in the office and in the field. < Frequently required to handle customer requests and complaints.
Work Activities. < Responsible for scheduling and supervising the work performed by other employees on a daily basis as directed by the Operations Supervisor or designate and usually working along with the other employees. < Responsible for ensuring appropriate safety procedures are followed. < Responsible in the absence of the Operations Supervisor or designate, to ensure work scheduled is completed and report activities to the next level of management. < Required to prepare daily reports for jobs performed by employees under his direction. < Required to perform any other duties as may be assigned by the Operations Supervisor or designate. < Required to take a regular turn on call. Work Environment < Generally works in outdoor conditions. < Hours of work shall be according to Collective Agreement. Necessary Qualifications < Must have successfully completed a minimum of Grade 12 or equivalent. < Must hold a valid class 3A driver’s license. < Must be able to demonstrate good problem solving ability and be mechanically inclined. < Must be able to perform all tasks normally performed by employees under his direction.
Work Activities. Contractor shall provide the following services:
A. Families
1. Interview in person or via phone, enroll and orient all eligible participant-parents referred by County for Stage I child care services within three (3) business days of the referral. If, after Contractor is unable to connect with the participant-parent after 7 business days they Contractor will notify the County.
2. Explain Stage 1childcare rules and regulations to parents and families.
3. Assist participant-parents in identifying the most appropriate care arrangements, utilizing the Contractor’s Choosing Quality Child Care booklet.
4. Provide parent-participants with Resource and Referral services.
5. Provide ongoing case management services to each participant-parent as long as they remain Stage I eligible.
6. Inform the County’s liaison of suspected fraud issues for the County to forward to the Special investigations Unit (SIU) in all appropriate cases.
B. Child Care Providers
1. Contact/Orient potential child care providers to explain Stage I program rules and regulations, monthly attendance forms and related matters.
2. Prepare, finalize and obtain all necessary signatures on required documents.
3. Process monthly childcare attendance forms submitted by approved providers of childcare.
4. Calculate and issue monthly provider payments. Forms are due to Contractor by the 7th of the month following service provision. Payments to providers are to be made by the 15th of the same month. When the 15th falls on a Saturday, payments will be made on the 14th. When the 15th falls on a Sunday, payments will be made on the 16th. Incomplete forms may be held till the next payment cycle.
5. Provide accurate accounting of all approved childcare invoices that are not submitted within 60 days by parent or provider. Send parent and provider appropriate NOA to terminate care so that ongoing costs are not incurred.
C. Program Implementation/Administration
1. Review and validate monthly Stage I expense claim to County for appropriateness and accuracy in agreed upon format. Monthly xxxxxxxx, worksheets, and detail of child's name and provider to be sent to County Fiscal by the 20th of each month.
2. Maintain client/provider files with agreed upon data elements.
3. Issue timely and appropriate CDSS NOA’s based on County feedback of participant-parents status in the WTW program.
a. Maintain and submit to the county an accurate accounting of those families that were referred but have not enrolled after 60 days.
