Extended License definition

Extended License means a license that is granted for more than one year's duration because the facility demonstrated a pattern of strong compliance with licensing standards.
Extended License shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.3.
Extended License means a prospecting or exploration license extended for a permissible period after expiry of the license until the application for the next phase of the activity.
